Its graphics were simply stunning back then and the open-world aspect that had you racing down different sides of a single mountain was just magnificent. With its warped clinically insane characters, high-octane battle vehicles, and destructive weaponry galore, a 4-man free-for-all in Twisted Metal: Black is the perfect cathartic experience for you and your friends after a bad day.

And while its amazing dark-fantasy storyline is a pleasure to experience by yourself, it can be even better if you get the right friends for some Co-Op action. In fact, the tension that working in tandem brings to the table is vastly superior to simply cheesing enemies by taking advantage of their basic AI.
