If I hover the mouse over the taskbar a small thumbnail of the window shows. However the actual window does not display on the desktop. All that displays on the desktop is the Windows 10 background image. I can go to the start menu and start an app, again it will appear int he taskbar, but no actual screen opens up to work in. I can't adjust any settings because, obviously, the settings window will not open either.
