Game disc, manual, and box I'm assuming, since it is just standard addition. None, I think. Only limit is that a particular 'key' can only be playing at one time. I am not sure if they have any download and or install limits. Not entirely sure, but my guess is the disc, instructions, and a another small little booklet showcasing Blizzard's other games. When you install the physical game and associate the key with your account, you will be able to download it whenever you please to reinstall. There is no reason to limit the number of installations considering you need to authenticate with your battle.
It is the same price as the regular edition physical version. StarCraft 1 required you to use the disc, but they eventually patched in the feature to play without the disc.
