I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't know why sometimes turning the engraver on and off a bunch until it works, actually works. I shouldn't have to do that. I have to do this everyday when I turn it on. Surely there's a way to fix this. This is an Alienware Area R2 running Windows 10 64 bit. We don't have another computer to connect it to. I'm not sure which driver from Alienware I should try to update to fix this.
